Protherm 9800 - Integrated Production Management Software Package

The Protherm 9800 is a modular production management software for supervising, controlling and archiving heat treating processes and heat treatment installations. It delivers everything to optimize the performance and efficiency of a heat treatment plant operating a variety of furnaces as well as automatic handling machinery. By combining process control, equipment integration, and automation capabilities, the Protherm 9800 provides a comprehensive approach to plant wide supervisory control and management.

Quality Assurance Module Reads and stores values of predefined parameters regarding a process(es) or load(s). Can generate various quality and safety reports as well as certificates.
Utilization Module Evaluates the utilization of equipment or the entire heat treating operation, e.g., tons treated, gas consumption, equipment downtime, energy, etc.
Photo module Stores digital pictures and drawings of parts and loads for identification of work pieces and their corresponding charge arrangement.
Alarm Notification Module Transfers alarms to a specified communication device, e.g., cell-phone, pager, etc.
Remote Service Module Remote support and system maintenance via the Internet
Automation Module Creates schedules and manages the traffic of parts and materials within an automated plant.

HT TOOLS - CARBURIZING SIMULATION SOFTWARE

HT-Tools is a simulation software that models and optimizes carburizing processes before implementation, plotting the carbon diffusion and hardness profiles.
The software contains a ‘Materials’ database with the chemical composition of different steels. Depending on the elements of the steel, the software calculates the alloy factor and the carbide limit.
Parts characterized by steel composition, geometry, and specifications may also be entered into the database. Based on the input provided, the carbon profile is calculated for the required case depth.
