Accessories for Oxygen Sensors 
 

D 01 Metering unitDO1

Reference and rinsing air unit for oxygen sensors type CS 85/87 and CCS 2000 with an integrated pump. Extra rinsing (through a solenoid valve) can be activated with a knob switch.

Option:  automatic switch to cut off carburizing gas through reference air monitoring (min flow).

Power supply: 230V/ 50Hz
 

Plug Set

The plug set for oxygen sensors consists of: a plug for the probe power supply,
 a plug for the thermocouple, and a plug for the motor.


 

Standpipe

Reference air unit for NICAS systems with two flow meters and an integrated pump. Reference air monitoring (min flow) is available as an option.

Plug Set

The NICAS plug set for oxygen sensors consists of: a NS IV or KNS IV plug for the probe power supply, a plug for the NS IV or KNS IV thermocouple, a plug for the KNS IV heating thermocouple and a plug for the turning mechanism.

Dissociator

In order to produce small diffusion layers during nitriding, i.e. to generate small nitriding potentials, it is necessary to introduce a mix of N2 H2 into the furnace. This is done by the so-called dissociator, which cracks the NH3. Furthermore, this device enables bright annealing with a mix of max. 75%-25% H2 N2.
